color: #1890ff;">香港中文大學（深圳）信息管理與商業(yè)分析（IM方向）</span></a></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p><span class="h1">01 背景提升</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">作為來自一個&ldquo;萬金油&rdquo;專業(yè)的普通學生，我從大二開始一直在為跨申商科與計算機方向的交叉學科做準備。在認識到自己在編程方面的不足后，我在<a href="http://m.frjozvw.cn/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><span style="text-decoration: underline; color: #1890ff;">指南者留學</span></a>老師的建議下參與了指南者的金工金數背景提升項目，期間我對量化編程由幾乎陌生到慢慢入門，并為之后提前批項目的申請?zhí)硐铝藵饽夭实囊还P（具體在文章下半部分分享我的申請經驗）。</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">綜合考慮到跨申的方向以及項目的時間，我選擇&ldquo;基于期權波動率微笑的投資策略研究&rdquo;項目來提升自己的整體實力。金工金數，<strong>對數理基礎、金融直覺、編程技能都有較高的要求，而后兩者是我的短板所在</strong>，也正是這個項目所重點培養(yǎng)的，能夠切合兩類相關專業(yè)的偏好。</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">在最初一個月的自主學習階段，我掌握了B-S&amp;二叉樹&amp;蒙特卡洛期權定價模型、資產相關性&amp;敏感度分析、VaR&amp;ES的計算與應用等理論知識。課程全程是以錄播的方式進行，時間安排比較獨立自主，還配套每一章的練習題。</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">項目使用的是Jupyter Notebook這款開源Web應用程序，操作方便、上手不難，主要用到Pyhton中的Numpy、Scipy、Pandas、Matplotlib、Seaborn等<strong>數據處理與可視化工具來清洗、整理與分析真實期權數據</strong>，有時候需要調用Choice金融終端獲取市場上的金融數據。在學習的過程中，我對某段代碼或者作業(yè)提出疑問，也能得到李老師的快速回復（強烈安利老師的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和負責態(tài)度）。</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><img style="width: 808px; margin-right: auto; float: none;" src="https://info.compassedu.hk/info_imgUrl_phpPttIld.jpg" width="808" height="1846" /><br />緊隨其后的是近一個月的<strong>實證研究</strong>，以期權波動率偏度作為切入點，我構建了股票投資策略并分析股票池的累計收益率，通過定量研究復合指標的構建及回測，可以幫助投資者在期權交易中獲取利潤的同時，實現規(guī)避風險、降低損失的目標。在此過程中，我大量用到了此前學到的B-S定價公式、隱含波動率等內容。</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">我遇到的困難主要集中在思路方面，比如說：如何選取合適的函數對股票進行分層、如何找出篩選期權的方法，在我和老師的共同努力下問題都得到了解決。在交易策略部分，我根據回歸的結果構建了一個5層股票池，回測分析后得到的收益率也比較滿意，最后<strong>順利完成了一篇量化投資報告</strong>。</p> <p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: center;"><span class="h6">（量化投資報告）</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><img style="width: 808px; height: 1142px; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; float: none;" src="https://info.compassedu.hk/info_imgUrl_phperbqHA.jpg" width="808" height="1142" /></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">在我看來，項目給我最大的收獲在于：</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">一是<strong>上手了行業(yè)的必備工具Python，并在實踐中得到了檢驗</strong>，因此收獲了一段含金量十足的經歷，而非大學上課時的以應試為導向；</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">二是在不斷試錯的過程鍛煉了思維，數據分析對于初學乍道的我來說并不簡單，不同于商賽強調的合作競技性，這個項目更多地考驗的是獨立自主的思考和動手能力，實現每一段代碼需要我自己上網查找報錯原因、一遍遍地debug解決問題。不得不說，這段看似&ldquo;痛苦&rdquo;的經歷幫我<strong>克服了對于編程的恐懼感、鍛煉了動手實操的能力，這在我日后的實習工作中尤為看重</strong>。</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span class="h1">02 申請經驗</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">由于目前只有少數學校開放了提前批，現在只能算是剛剛步入23fall的申請階段。香港中文大學（深圳）作為一所中外合辦的大學，兼具國內推免制和海外申請制特色，也是最早一批開放夏令營的院校之一。</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">由于我本人考慮未來在大灣區(qū)就業(yè)，而港中深靈活的學制對我來說也有著很強的吸引力，因此投遞了深高金第二輪的mini營。在專業(yè)的選擇上，避開了金融、DS這些傳統(tǒng)熱門專業(yè)，選擇比較新的IMBA項目作為申請第一站。</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">在整個夏令營的準備過程中，由于我申請的兩個方向都是跨學科，所以<strong>通過項目經歷來展現自己的匹配度非常重要</strong>。因此，我在CV中詳細介紹了整個項目的研究過程，<strong>在PS中進一步強調了研究方法的通用性</strong>：不但在賣方可以用于衍生品定價，還對理解買方投資組合優(yōu)化有所裨益。除此以外，<strong>將數據轉換為有效的商業(yè)信息以進行組織決策的能力也是IMBA所看重的</strong>，所以我也突出了自己對數據驅動決策的思考以及未來的職業(yè)規(guī)劃，以在文書中向招生官展現我足夠的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)和強烈的申請意愿。</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">根據我的這段項目經歷，指南者的老師還在模擬面試中給到了一些可能問到的問題，比如：為什么傳統(tǒng)的B-S模型失去解釋力、如何檢驗隱含波動率與指數收益率的相關性，從而幫我對項目原理有了更加全面的認識。在筆面試后的快一個月后，我順利拿到了第一封推研信。</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">回顧大學三年的準備過程，我有以下幾點希望分享：</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">1、在港三新二的申請中，GPA的確非常重要（尤其是針對沒有筆面試的項目）。可以說是牽一發(fā)而動全身，越到后面越能感受到提分的壓力之大，一旦出現硬傷就很難彌補，而保持一個不錯的GPA、加上一定的經歷，將成為招生辦一錘定音的關鍵；</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">2、盡早準備申請，規(guī)避不確定性因素。因為9月以前往往是各大院校&ldquo;搶人&rdquo;的階段，一般會放出不少的坑位（越來越早、越來越多的提前批驗證了這一點），這就要求我們趁早規(guī)劃好申請，避免出現材料不足被迫延后的情況；</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">3、在準備文書的過程中，要反復打磨寫好的材料，積極同負責老師溝通。&ldquo;多區(qū)域、多方向&rdquo;的申請策略已是大勢所趨，而每一份提綱的內容也是因地制宜的：應該放哪些內容、如何分配好篇幅、選擇學校的原因，都是需要經過前期調研才動筆的；</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">4、時刻保持一顆平常心，短暫而關鍵的申請季終將過去，未來起決定作用的還是我們擁有哪些技能、從事什么工作、成為怎樣的人&hellip;&hellip;如果將擇校比作根莖的話，相信態(tài)度才會是果實之所在。</p> <hr /> <p style="text-align: justify;"><img style="width: 750px;
