PS A brief statement of purpose (Personal Statement). GPA Applicants should have an undergraduate grade point average of at least 3.2. CV Resume or CV is required. Fee A $75 nonrefundable application fee submitted with the application. Credit card payment is accepted with the on-line application. Checks must be made payable to the University of Delaware. Applications received without the application fee will not be processed. Foreign students must use a check drawn on a U.S. bank or an International Postal Money Order. RL Three letters of recommendation, sent independently by professors or others who are familiar with the applicant’s academic work. Of the reference letters, at least one should be from someone familiar with graduate study in the U.S.A., and where appropriate at least one should address the applicant’s English speaking ability. Transcript Copies of unofficial transcripts from all previous colleges, with translations to English where necessary (official transcripts will be requested upon admittance).
