A personal statement of not more than 800 words.

A copy of your current resume (maximum 6 pages)
Fee
A non-refundable application fee of $100 is payable either via :
- Cheque / Bank Draft (This should be made payable to SMU. Please indicate your full name and NRIC/Passport and Application number on the reverse side of the cheque/draft) or;
- Credit card (online)
RL
Two Recommendation Forms (PDF or WORD) signed and sealed (if not sent directly by referee).
-Where possible, at least one of the references should be from someone who has taught you or supervised your work in university studies.
-Contents of the recommendation form are confidential. Under no circumstance should the applicant be able to see the contents of the recommendation.
-Completed and SIGNED recommendation forms/letters can be emailed directly to jd@smu.edu.sgwith the subject header "Reference Letter for <Full Name>"
-If the hard copy of the recommendation form/letter is submitted through the applicant, it has to be signed and sealed before it is handed to the applicant. Confidentiality should be maintained at all times.
